Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo proof.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or normal wear and tear.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to the original payment method within a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
